Fabrication of all mechanical parts, followed with advanced surface treatments is done using state of the art equipment, machines and processes. Ultra precise Swiss made High Speed Machining centers with resolution of 10nm machines even the hardest raw materials with utmost precision and productivity.

Printed Circuits Boards assembly takes place on the latest generation of high speed Pick and Place machines guided by top and bottom camera vision systems. Vapor Phase based, lead free soldering system provides both reliable and ecologic solder joints.

From raw materials to finished products under one roof

Clean room final assembly and test operations. Automated test equipment records complete production data of each product to keep full quality traceability.

Robotised sealant application ensures perfect repeatability and reliability of the mission critical parts and assemblies. All, including non-cooled, housed cameras are airtight to prevent contaminations of the optical path.
